Know your worth...
So many times people limit self worth to money, financial acquisitions and other landed properties. No wonder the human race can do anything possible, good or bad, all in search of money. Money is never a bad thing, it's needed for our day to day activities, even in achieving your goals and talents; but making it a number one priority can be detrimental to you and people around you.
Self value is not only about money, if money is all you can boast of in life then you have nothing much to boast of, if money is all you can offer in life then you have nothing much to offer. Anyone else can have the same money you have, but there's always this special quality that makes you unique among others. It can be your talent, your character, the services you render etc. Whatever it maybe, guard it jealously. Your worth is your self respect, far greater than monetary value. You can still have money and lack self respect, you can have all that there is to have on Earth but still loose your self respect in the society.
There's more to life than just money, it's your self worth, it's what makes you unique.

Our problem is exacerbated by our Western lifestyle and mindset, which often reflect our “instant” society. In America it seems we cannot bear to wait for anything. What is more, we regard instant service and gratification almost as rights. Not long ago I found myself in such a place. As I hunkered down to wait my situation out, I couldn’t help searching Scriptures for glimpses of hope that it would all soon be over. BE PATIENT

What a pity ... She gave her car key to the youngest child in the car while she went to buy some stuff in the mall. Upon her return, the boy had misplaced the key and the whole family was stranded on the road. Observing her discomfort with innocent kids without a masculine shepherd, I joined the search party. For each passing minute without the key, she landed the boy that had the key with a slap or a concentrated curse! After few minutes, she strayed in frustration into a motorbike's way and was knocked down. It was in the process of helping her up and picking the pieces of her belongings that the car key was found. She had already lost herself before the key was found!
