Sometimes it requires your absence for people to recognize your importance. Sometime ago I wrote on  "YOUR WORTH" stating that self worth is not only limited to monetary acquisitions. If money is the only thing about you that you're growing then you're adding just little to your self value. Do something else no one else can easily do, that boosts your self worth.
